I have worked the past 9 years at Grand Subaru and 14 in total with Subaru. I have filled the Delivery Specialist role for the last six years and enjoy providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience for each customer. My dedication to the brand and customers drives me to continually improve and adapt in my role. Outside of my work life, my days are filled with spending time with my wife and family which includes 3 rescue dogs and enjoying the “lawn life” of taking care of landscaping and a well manicured lawn. The science behind it all intrigues me.

This is not the closest Subaru dealership to my home, but I came out to meet Jason Smith because of his outreach. Grand Subaru had the Forester I was looking for in stock, which is not at all a common occurr I came out to meet Jason Smith because of his outreach. Jason and I talked on the phone a couple times, and when I came in he was prepared, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. What more can you ask for or expect, really? I test drove the car and bought it. The paperwork went fast and Chelsey Laporta in the finance department was also prepared, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. [Jason Zapfel later reached out to see if I had any questions, but I didn't, so we didn't interact much, but I appreciate the communication.] This is a great dealership with great people, and I highly recommend it. Even though, again, it's a bit of drive for me I plan to come back for service. More

Mark helped us order our car, followed up on the status of delivery, had great communication, answered all questions, never demeaning or condescending as we’ve experienced through the years buying cars. We knew what we wanted and he made it happen. When picking up our car he couldn’t have more helpful teaching us about all the bells and whistles on our new Forester. It was like working with family.
