We then spoke with the Finance Manager Linda who again was beyond wonderful she discussed our payment options without being pushy and we were extremely comfortable and very pleased with her service as well. We later received follow up calls and even have an appointment to meet up with someone who can help with some of the many great options the car has. Like many people in the Midwest, I found Grand Subaru online. If you're looking for a Subaru and you live anywhere near Chicago, look no further - this is your first and last stop. To start, their prices are the best around. Numerous other dealers stopped emailing me after I showed them my quote from Grand Subaru, or asked me if I was 100% sure we were comparing apples to apples, because Jason's price was so competitive. One other dealership offered to match the Grand Subaru price but then balked at providing the 0% financing. In addition, Jason Zapfel was extremely kind, informative and accommodating. There was zero pressure, no last-minute changes, or any of the other gimmicks you read about and dread when buying a car. Just straightforward, honest conversation. Brandon Metz was very helpful and kind as well. The entire process was quick and efficient. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, every step along the way.
