I have filled the Delivery Specialist role for the last six years and enjoy providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience for each customer. My dedication to the brand and customers drives me to continually improve and adapt in my role. Outside of my work life, my days are filled with spending time with my wife and family which includes 3 rescue dogs and enjoying the “lawn life” of taking care of landscaping and a well manicured lawn. We knew that Subaru cars had an excellent safety record/reliability as today there are many distracted drivers on the road. We stopped by Grand Subaru and test drove an Outback and Ascent. Mr Schade was very knowledgeable with Subaru's engines, and the advantages of the Outback and Ascent. Jeff included Costco's Auto Program price along with Grand Subaru's price. The proposal was straightforward, no haggling, and listed the accessories included in the price and the accessories we wanted to add with prices. Jeff gave us several coupons that offered savings on the additional accessories we wanted to purchase. He explained the safety technology (EyeSight Assist & Blind-Spot Detector), Starlink's Safety & Security features, went over the airbags in car. Gave us tips how to clean tinted windows, how front windshield & safety technology are connected, and how to drive the car & check oil the first 1,000 miles. He introduced us to their post delivery specialist who helped us enter a number code on the back gate so we could unlock a door if key fob was lost. We will meet with this specialist in the future. We have a well built high tech car with safety features for a good price and financing. We feel Jeff reflects Subaru's quality and reliability. More

Aura Soberanis was my sales woman and I was overwhelmed at her knowledge of the car and her ability to not push anything on me. Not only is Aura respectful and informative, she was able to gently guide me in the purchase of my 2020 Subaru Outback Onyx. Aura was recommended to me by my best friend and former cps principal who also loved the experience she had when she bought her 2019 Subaru from Aura and Grand Subaru. I am extremely grateful for the experience I had at Grand Subaru and specifically Aura Soberanis. The entire organization is top shelf as exemplified by their program of having their tech expert, Jason Zapfel, contact you to answer any questions while providing a $25 gas card to come out to Grand Subaru to make sure you know how to use all the bells and whistles on the Subaru so you're getting the most you can from your Subaru.
