Very good experience with a local dealer. I worked with Scott. He was respectful, knowledgeable and a pleasure. He took as much time as I needed. I would not hesitate to work with him agai I worked with Scott. He was respectful, knowledgeable and a pleasure. He took as much time as I needed. I would not hesitate to work with him agai I purchased an Accord Hybrid. My only issue was that the Hybried was not included in the special Honda financing and that was not explained clearly. Also the trade in offer was very low below the lowest trade in price in Kelly Blue Book. Overall I am satisfied with my experience More

Good But Took Too Long I knew what car I wanted to buy. I inquired online. Javier got back to me immediately I said I would buy the car. He located one for me the next day a I knew what car I wanted to buy. I inquired online. Javier got back to me immediately I said I would buy the car. He located one for me the next day and updated me regularly. However, when I came in at the appointment to make the purchase, it took 3 hours ( I dealt with someone else that day.) I had my insurance handy, my credit is 840, I didn’t do a test drive, so why did it take so long? I couldn’t stay to get my Bluetooth set up because I can’t drive in the dark, and it was getting late. I will have to come back, or figure out how to set it up on my own. More

Too many Mishaps I had an appointment scheduled with Giovanni which I specifically scheduled to work with him, even inconveniencing myself because he had great reviews I had an appointment scheduled with Giovanni which I specifically scheduled to work with him, even inconveniencing myself because he had great reviews. He was too busy, said he would be with me shortly and never showed up. Javier showed up instead and was helpful . Dave Sambad was great. After I drove home 30 minutes away, I went to check out everything they gave me. The second key was wrong, the manual was for a different car, and one of my license plate frames wasn't put on. I had to drive back to the dealership ( an hour round trip) and when I got there, the only thing they said was, "hmm, I don't know how that happened." After waiting, Javier came out with the missing license plate frame, the correct key and the correct manual. I was frustrated at this point and sent an email to Giovanni who was apologetic and offered to top off my tank next time I visit. I won't do that but it was still a nice offer More
