Javier conducted himself in a very professional manner. He was more interested in helping me get why I wanted in a vehicle, than trying to make a sale. Understandable he is trying to sale a vehicle, but s He was more interested in helping me get why I wanted in a vehicle, than trying to make a sale. Understandable he is trying to sale a vehicle, but supported me in getting the vehicle of my choice. Javier demonstrated excellent knowledge of the vehicles in the Honda fleet. He answered all of my questions without delay. Javier worked with me remotely to complete documents in advance so I would not need to spend as much time sitting around at the dealership. Javier offered to bring the vehicle to my home so I could do a test drive. He did an excellent job explaining the vehicle features and how to efficiently and safely operate my new hybrid. Prior to working with Javier, I attempted to work with two other sales persons at the dealership. It may not be fair to compare them to Javier, however I am going to anyway. They lacked the ability to develop or maybe time to develop a rapport with me. Response to my questions were slow. I felt like just another inquiry that they had to handle. I am happy that I finally ended up with Javier. Had I not, I most assuredly would have purchased my vehicle at a different dealership. Mary More
