Pros: easy to find, ample parking, free water/coffee, relatively clean, decent selection; my salesman was nice, helpful, patient and not pushy and advocated for me Cons: walked around for 20 mins bef relatively clean, decent selection; my salesman was nice, helpful, patient and not pushy and advocated for me Cons: walked around for 20 mins before someone asked if i needed help and was a service technician (and not a salesman but salesman did apologize about it), overall vibe wasn’t very friendly (i.e nobody says hi how are you?), trade in value was extremely poor and little to no bargaining room (was offered more trade in value everywhere else but they didn’t have the specific vehicle i was looking for), sales manager seems rude (could overhear him saying he didn’t care about the low trade in value and that the customer can go sell their car themself), overall the vibe here is focused on making profits and less customer service and you can find better customer service, they don’t have people to detail cars after hours (??; mines didn’t get a wash or armor all (just tire shine and place mats), overall i probably wouldn’t go back there but my car salesman wasn’t bad More

Javier did a good job working with us patiently to find the right Lexus for our family.
