I went in because my truck needed power steering fluid. They told me I had to replace the entire power steering system for $3,000. I left and took it to real mechanics at another shop. The service technicians are usually very friendly and informative. I know exactly what I’m getting when I come here the only negative is I waited 15-20 minutes after my car was finished for them to call informative. The service department proformance is excellent. There was no waiting to see a service advisor. The car was worked on immediately and work was completed in a timely fashion. While waiting for the car t was no waiting to see a service advisor. The car was worked on immediately and work was completed in a timely fashion. While waiting for the car to be completed, I was encouraged to visit the sales department to work on a deal for a new vehicle. The entire process was not good. They asked for my driver's license and hesitated to return it to me when I turned down the deal. This was so disturbing to me that I decided to never return to the dealership for a new car when I am ready to purchase a nekoow car. More
