The worst service ever received from a GM dealer. It took more than a year to get the work done, and kept my car two weeks. The repair was supposed to take 2 days. I followed up from a routine oil chan took more than a year to get the work done, and kept my car two weeks. The repair was supposed to take 2 days. I went in because my truck needed power steering fluid. They told me I had to replace the entire power steering system for $3,000. I left and took it to real mechanics at another shop. The service technicians are usually very friendly and informative. I know exactly what I’m getting when I come here the only negative is I waited 15-20 minutes after my car was finished for them to call informative.
