Disappointed I was very dissatisfied with management treatment. The sales person was courteous and had a good energy read. For what ever reason finding a car that suited me was difficult and I wasn't in a rush to trade (that day). Try as Kendell might there was a lot of back and forth w manager. When he (the manager) came over, it was the usual " no pressure but" and questionable reference to "making women happy". That sealed the deal for me and I had to walk out. More
