Test drive was great, sold the benefits of the car. Salesman explained most features and pointed out the positives of the vehicle. Left there feeling like part of the family. Would definitely deal with them again. More

He was patient enough to show me every trim of the new RAV4 and explain the different features. Test drive was great. Dulyx checked in on me constantly asking me if was doing okay while I was waiting to get the bank approval. He had the car clean and ready to go at the end of the day. High recommend ask for Dulyx and you won't regret it. I'll be back when my lease is up. More

Horrible Experience What started out as a good experience, ended in a disaster! My wife and I stopped at this dealer a few months ago. We had a great experience with o What started out as a good experience, ended in a disaster! My wife and I stopped at this dealer a few months ago. We had a great experience with our salesman, but couldn't move forward on the deal due to our move. We told him we'd be back to close on the deal once we were ready. A couple of weeks ago, we were in the area and called ahead to let him know we were coming back. The receptionist said he would call us back. Over 2-1/2 hours later, nothing. I called back to find out what happened and the receptionist again said he'd call me back. Since we were passing by, we decided to stop in. We walked right up to our salesman and asked him if he had gotten our messages. He went to the receptionist and saw that she had stuck a hand-written note in a crack on her desk, so he never received them. No harm, as we eventually came to an agreement and told him the date that we'd be back to pick up the new car. When we arrived, we noticed that the music was pretty loud. I've been to 3 different Toyota dealers and noticed that this was common, so I didn't make a big deal about it, especially since we were just coming to sign papers and drive out. Despite the fact that there were several free salesmen without any customers, we had to wait a while for ours to get things going. While we were standing around, we noticed many of them eating donuts right in front of us, which I found a bit unprofessional. After a long wait, we were informed that the dealer didn't have the insurance information on the new car, which is part of their job. Nonetheless, they told us to call our insurance company and sort this out for them. This wouldn't have been so bad, except for the fact that the music was still blasting. My wife asked them to turn it down and they said "they had no control over the volume". It was so loud that they had to put us into a private room just so I could hear my insurance agent. While this was being worked on, we were given an overview of the car and how everything worked in the service bay. Again, the music was so loud, we had to get in the car, close the doors and roll up the windows just to hear him. During this segment, another salesman went right next to us and started inflating balloons with a helium tank. I assume this was for a child, unless he really liked balloons. We were literally right next to him, being shown every feature on the car, and this guy thought that inflating balloons was a priority! The associate who walked us through everything was very thorough and knowledgeable. This might have been the smoothest part of the whole experience. After the insurance issue was resolved, we met with one of the managers who had us sign everything. He told us that we owed more money than we had previously agreed to. At this point we were ready to walk out. I think he sensed this and said he wasn't going to let this "ruin the deal", so we weren't charged any additional money. This put a really bad taste in my mouth. I really hope they don't try to scam people out of more money this way. With that behind us, our final paperwork had some entries that were wrong. The amount owed, initial odometer reading and vehicle condition were all incorrect. Everything was eventually fixed and we left 2 hours and 45 minutes after we first arrived. If you have lots of time to kill, don't mind extremely loud music, aren't offended by receptionists that ignore you, and don't mind watching the staff eat donuts in front of you, stop in! More

Nice sales staff, hardball and finance and management I HATE shopping at car dealerships! I was hoping Toyota of Huntington would be different, NOPE! Sales staff was good, attentive and low pressure, very pleasant to work with. Troy was our salesman and he was a nice young man. We agreed on a price for a new Prius Prime after some back and forth. Then the LONG wait started, over 3 hours! The finance guy then revealed all the hidden fees! Some items: The $4,000 Toyota INCENTIVE is taxable, true but not stated up front; The NYS hybrid tax rebate is taxable, true but not stated upfront, yet included in the "sales price", also not disclosed. They add a fee for tire disposal! What tires are they disposing of for me? None! The offer on my trade was insulting, KBB states that the average trade-in value was $1,700, they offered $600! AND then the deal breaker - finance charge! My local bank was offering 2.79% on a new car loan, Toyota was offering 5.59% They didn't offer to match my bank or even come close. That's over $2k difference over the life of the loan! They did not allow me to use my bank for the price we were buying it for. Buyers beware, know your numbers and your budget BEFORE you step in. There will be hidden costs! No surprise here, just the typical car dealer! We left with our old, running, paid for and dependable car! More

Thereafter, everything went downhill. Our salesman told us the paper work was being prepared and the SUV was being prepped. I was told this at least two or three times while waiting for the car until 6pm. At 6pm our salesman tells us that the individual responsible for prepping the SUV left for the day without doing anything. This was after I had transferred the insurance policy to the new vehicle and they had charged me for the first month’s payment. At 6:00 pm they started prepping the car and at 9:00 I drive off the lot with the new vehicle. Other than the sales man, no one in management apologized for the screwup or cared to even talk to me about it.. I should’ve just canceled the deal and walked away. My birthday dinner reservations were ruined and my family was furious. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone and will never do business with them again. Update: one week after leasing this vehicle it was brought into service for a rear passenger door lock actuator replacement. What a disaster this whole experience has been. More
