Customer service was excellent The customer service was excellent. I was in & out the dealership within a hour. They were nice, friendly, & welcoming when I arrived to the dealersh The customer service was excellent. I was in & out the dealership within a hour. They were nice, friendly, & welcoming when I arrived to the dealership including the manager. Even though I don't remember his name, I do remember his face and cheerfulness. The only issue I had was air had to be put in the tire(s) before leaving the dealership. Then, again the next morning to have to put air in only the left passenger tire. Only to find out that a nail was in the left passenger tire. Hope I got everyone's name correct that I had contact with during this purchase. More

Amazing trade in ALMsouth is amazing. My Sales Rep. Mike Ugo worked hard to get me the deal that was best for me along with his manager Micheal. I absolutely love my ALMsouth is amazing. My Sales Rep. Mike Ugo worked hard to get me the deal that was best for me along with his manager Micheal. I absolutely love my new Honda CRV. BE CAREFUL. Buyer beware! I originally gave a great rating, but I am revising my experience. Yes, everyone was great, friendly, and helpful when we purchased are Buyer beware! I originally gave a great rating, but I am revising my experience. Yes, everyone was great, friendly, and helpful when we purchased are car, but after the purchase we have gotten the total run around. Called several times sometimes call were answered, sometimes not. I was told several times someone would call me back, and never received a call back. Our salesman was great when we bought the car, but stated he would have a car washed at a later date, would followup about the extra key, Never kept his word about anything. I did recommend him to a friend, but have since withdrawn my recommendation. I am a firm believer that your word is your bond,. You don't lie and scheme just to make a sale, and once you close the deal leave your customer high and dry. I would never ever want to business with him again. Now, today I called and spoke with a very nice lady name Janice inf finance who went the extra mile to help me more the guy who sold me the car, and the manager who was suppose to call back after my passenger side mirror came off after only a week of having the car. I had to have the mirror replaced. When I took the car to the shop the body shop showed me what happened, and how the dealership had put compound all in several spots, and tried to cover up scratches, dents etc. Had a few other issues that were never resolved. If at all possible please try other dealerships before settling at ALM South. The presentations is great if you are purchasing a car, but once you buy it is a entirely different attitude. As stated before Janice in Finance was extremely helpful, and got the information I needed to day. She needs to train the staff how to take care of customers after the sale. More
