BE CAREFUL. Buyer beware! I originally gave a great rating, but I am revising my experience. Yes, everyone was great, friendly, and helpful when we purchased are Buyer beware! Yes, everyone was great, friendly, and helpful when we purchased are car, but after the purchase we have gotten the total run around. Called several times sometimes call were answered, sometimes not. I was told several times someone would call me back, and never received a call back. Our salesman was great when we bought the car, but stated he would have a car washed at a later date, would followup about the extra key, Never kept his word about anything. I did recommend him to a friend, but have since withdrawn my recommendation. I am a firm believer that your word is your bond,. You don't lie and scheme just to make a sale, and once you close the deal leave your customer high and dry. I would never ever want to business with him again. Now, today I called and spoke with a very nice lady name Janice inf finance who went the extra mile to help me more the guy who sold me the car, and the manager who was suppose to call back after my passenger side mirror came off after only a week of having the car. I had to have the mirror replaced. When I took the car to the shop the body shop showed me what happened, and how the dealership had put compound all in several spots, and tried to cover up scratches, dents etc. Had a few other issues that were never resolved. If at all possible please try other dealerships before settling at ALM South. The presentations is great if you are purchasing a car, but once you buy it is a entirely different attitude. As stated before Janice in Finance was extremely helpful, and got the information I needed to day. She needs to train the staff how to take care of customers after the sale. More

Great Service all the way around! I typically don't give any business a 5 Star however I had to bend that rule for ALM South. I purchased my Audi last week from ALM South and everyone I typically don't give any business a 5 Star however I had to bend that rule for ALM South. I purchased my Audi last week from ALM South and everyone I came in contact with was helpful and made my process so stressfree. Honestly, I dislike dealers because I feel as though they don't care about the customer only worry about pushing cars out. ALM is far from that I truly feel like they are family at this point. They have gone beyond to make sure I was taking care of. Even after purchasing my car I have built a man amazing relationship with my sales person Nikki I highly reccomend her! She organaized all my paperwork while I was out of state on a business trip. When I flew in the following week she was willing to pick me up from the airport to take me to the dealership to get my car. Don't know if any other sales person that would do that! The lot is super clean and very organized. I will continue to shop for all my vechiles here and honestly I will refer all my family and friends to ALM South. Jawon was excellent as he helped me get comfortable with learning all the buttons and functions with the car. Micheal was very Knowledable with finances and had everything taken care of with collecting a large amount of cash and credit card for the purchase of my car. I thank everyone I came in contact with at this dealership. I would advise to only go to ALM South because I had a horrible experience at ALM Kennesaw it was a totally different vibe there. I feel very confident in my decision with ALM South. Thanks team again for everything!! More

Great, and Friendly Service! Seamless process. No pressure sales. I didn't see Erika's name on the sales list, but she was absolutely a pleasure to work with. Usually sales people Seamless process. My Dream come true Great first impression. Big lot full of all types of cars. Walked in and the general manager, Shannon, greeted us at the door. We were assigned to Tyr Great first impression. Big lot full of all types of cars. Walked in and the general manager, Shannon, greeted us at the door. We were assigned to Tyrone immediately with no wait. I explained to Tyrone exactly what I was look for and what my budget was. We worked out our deal and it was better than I expected without too much negotiating. Got to finance and didn't feel too pressured to buy extra products. During closeout we met with Jawon who was kind enough to show me the features on my car on the go while Tyrone finished last minute fueling. Only reason for the 4 star is it still took about 4 hours to close the deal even with me knowing exactly what I wanted and being one of the first customers there at opening. The best part of this experience other than getting the exact car I wanted for the price I wanted is that the friendly staff made if feel like a close friend sell rather that a dealership. More

I kept putting off taken that drive to Union City until I got that last call from Mr. Mcadoo that made me laugh.. Went down the next day even though I was iffy and I got a vehicle.. He told me he got me approved even though my credit is not the greatest. Amanda, Del and Mr. Mcadoo thank you guys Sooo much.. And thank you Jawon for ending my visit by showing me all in and outside of my vehical. My daughter and possibly my son will be back to get a vehicle from you and most definitely my husband... More
