We told him about one we had been looking at online. He also told us about another one he had. We looked at both and chose the Nissan. We felt no pressure to purchase either car. Macadoo in the finance department is a funny guy. Even though there was a small mountain of paperwork to sign, he made jokes the whole time with me and his co-worker which kept the mood positive. When I said I was getting hungry, he was ready with a snack for me. He made sure I was able to get into what I wanted at a price much lower than I was expecting! Jawon helped me move things from my old car, to my new one and he made sure I knew how to operate every part of the car before I drove off. He's very knowledgeable and a great person to deal with. The staff that I dealt with kept a smile on my face throughout the entire process and I truly appreciate everything. I love my cat! And the warranty the offer for a used vehicle is superior to anything I've ever seen from a dealership before. Thanks everyone! I'll be sending my friends and family to you! More

My salesperson, Mark Mann, replied by email within an hour of me filling out the information request, and his outstanding service continued for the next several days. He went above and beyond to make absolutely sure every nook and cranny of my car was exactly as described, and he proactively called, texted, and emailed me to keep me in the loop. When I drove from Nashville to get my car, Mark, Skip, and Jawan took exceptionally good care of me, and I drove away feeling great about my purchase and the entire process. Outstanding experience all around! More

Above and beyond all around! My wife and i went to ALM south for a service related visit on the suv we bought at ALM buford a week earlier. My wife found another suv on their lot while i was dealing with the service dept. Turns out we were at the wrong ALM location. After our service was resolved, we returned to ALM South to check out our optionscwith the newer suv. Everyone involved made the extra effort to make our purchase come together, no less than amazing to us. we ffigured for sure there was no way we could have treded in our week old purchase for a newer one. were are very pleased!!! More
