He answered every question in a way that I could understand. I sat down with Jay B. to discuss my trade in and the various options that I had to buy the car. I NEVER felt any pressure. He presented many options and gave me his honest opinion when I asked for it in certain areas. I went home and researched everything he talked about. I came back and bought my beautiful XT4 the next day. John O. spent a TREMENDOUS amount of time going through every step of the process.
