Best first new car experience on my own I am a recent widow and was extremely sensitive and nervous about being treated fairly when buying a new car on my own. From the moment I walked in t I am a recent widow and was extremely sensitive and nervous about being treated fairly when buying a new car on my own. From the moment I walked in to Rizza Cadillac, multiple people offered to help. Jason B. took me on a test drive and was knowledgeable about the car and patient with my questions. He answered every question in a way that I could understand. I sat down with Jay B. to discuss my trade in and the various options that I had to buy the car. I NEVER felt any pressure. He presented many options and gave me his honest opinion when I asked for it in certain areas. I went home and researched everything he talked about. I came back and bought my beautiful XT4 the next day. John O. spent a TREMENDOUS amount of time going through every step of the process. He walked me through every electronic feature and app. I never felt rushed or felt that I asked silly questions. I cannot say enough about the team that works there. I will be recommending them to the widow club I belong to and anyone else that comments on my beautiful car. Thank you for having such kind people at your dealership. More
