City Limits Nissan was not able to identify why my 2023 Frontier would lose it's charge and I would have to jump start it. This has been an ongoing issue since I bought the truck in 2023. The only way I can see to correct this issue, is to trade me another truck, of same or near same value, to resolve this issue. More

Very disappointing to have to take my truck back for the same issue. My truck's issue is a failure to maintain a dependent charge. Was told by Chenin Buck, Owner Loyalty Mgr, that they would do a "deep dive same issue. My truck's issue is a failure to maintain a dependent charge. Was told by Chenin Buck, Owner Loyalty Mgr, that they would do a "deep dive" to try to find the problem. "Deep dive" consisted to parking my truck & starting it up at random times. Needless to say, problem was not identified and I under constant dread as to whether or not my truck will start at any given time. Have to carry battery cables on a regular basis. Very disappointed. More

I truly appreciate that I was not told I needed multiple services on my vehicle. As a woman, I always feel I’m being taken advantage of because I know nothing about cars.
