The service used to be very good, however, I paid a lot

Brought car in after there was damage to a tire guard at

Called Andrew to speak about recommended services and found out tires had not been aligned after receiving new tires from Nissan not even two weeks ago. Had to pay a nearly $1500 for two visits not even 3 weeks apart. Interesting this happened after my warranty expired…. Back to Andrew. Calls me “darling” in a text and calls me at 5:50pm to tell me my car is ready and they close at 6! The last two services have not been great. The car usually gets a wash and it wasn’t. I’d like a video of my service. I hope not to go back which sucks because I’ve been going here for the last 7 years. I have a log of issues documented and will keep an eye on upcoming things that goes wrong with my car.

Despite my service was delayed, the large waiting open
areas are nice to being comfortable. They offer complimentry coffee, dnacks and other beverages, which helps while you wait. The staff is friendly.
