Very disappointing to have to take my truck back for the

"Deep dive" consisted to parking my truck & starting it up at random times. Needless to say, problem was not identified and I under constant dread as to whether or not my truck will start at any given time. Have to carry battery cables on a regular basis. Very disappointed.

The service used to be very good, however, I paid a lot
of $ related to the suggestion maintenance, including the tire rotation, and the tires were not calibrabed as I was expecting. Unfortunately, no sutt

Brought car in after there was damage to a tire guard at

11am. Meet with Andrew. Received a text approving services with no call and no video like usual receive. Called Andrew to speak about recommended services and found out tires had not been aligned after receiving new tires from Nissan not even two weeks ago. Had to pay a nearly $1500 for two visits not even 3 weeks apart. Interesting this happened after my warranty expired…. Back to Andrew. Calls me “darling” in a text and calls me at 5:50pm to tell me my car is ready and they close at 6! The last two services have not been great. The car usually gets a wash and it wasn’t. I’d like a video of my service. I hope not to go back which sucks because I’ve been going here for the last 7 years. I have a log of issues documented and will keep an eye on upcoming things that goes wrong with my car.
