Sam happened to be in the parking lot near the used cars and we were trying to find the Tundras. He showed us a brand new one that just arrived that morning. This truck was awesome but I knew there was no way I was going to be able get a deal that would make this affordable. We went inside and sat down to figure out numbers. Long story short Sam got us way more for our trade in than I was expecting and gave us a great deal on my dream truck. A few short weeks later, I had the exact car at the exact price I w Dear potential customers, I began my car buying process in early December 2015. A few short weeks later, I had the exact car at the exact price I wanted. Not only that, I could have had it much faster if I hadn't delayed the process myself! I had emailed several dealerships within my vicinity for a quote on a brand new Corolla. Elk Grove Toyota was one of the first dealerships to email me back with a complete quote. This was my first contact with Jeremy Coffelt, who remained prompt, polite, and patient throughout the entire sales process. The quote he provided was extremely competitive and he never pressured me after providing it. Because I had to wait for the other dealerships to contact me back, I ended up making Jeremy wait quite awhile before realizing that his quote was the best from the beginning. When I contacted him back, he was understanding of my time obligations (I had quite a packed schedule leading up to and during the holiday season). He went the extra mile to accommodate my limited schedule openings so that I could be in and out of the dealership as quickly as possible. After everything was all said and done, I am beyond thankful that Jeremy provided the type of customer experience that I could only have hoped for and thanks to him and the dealership, I have a great new car to start off 2016. With the straightforward and upfront service that I received, I can wholeheartedly recommend Jeremy and this dealership to anybody. Thank you so much! P.S.
