A few short weeks later, I had the exact car at the exact price I wanted. Not only that, I could have had it much faster if I hadn't delayed the process myself! I had emailed several dealerships within my vicinity for a quote on a brand new Corolla. Elk Grove Toyota was one of the first dealerships to email me back with a complete quote. This was my first contact with Jeremy Coffelt, who remained prompt, polite, and patient throughout the entire sales process. The quote he provided was extremely competitive and he never pressured me after providing it. Because I had to wait for the other dealerships to contact me back, I ended up making Jeremy wait quite awhile before realizing that his quote was the best from the beginning. When I contacted him back, he was understanding of my time obligations (I had quite a packed schedule leading up to and during the holiday season). He went the extra mile to accommodate my limited schedule openings so that I could be in and out of the dealership as quickly as possible. After everything was all said and done, I am beyond thankful that Jeremy provided the type of customer experience that I could only have hoped for and thanks to him and the dealership, I have a great new car to start off 2016. With the straightforward and upfront service that I received, I can wholeheartedly recommend Jeremy and this dealership to anybody. Thank you so much! P.S. I spent a short amount of time with Jay Chhim while he finalized my financing paperwork in the office. Although my interaction with him wasn't as extensive as Jeremy, Jay was also very efficient and I felt very comfortable all around. Thumbs up! More

Great Experience This was my first time buying a new car from a dealership. I was intimidated by the process as I heard from many people that you have to haggle like This was my first time buying a new car from a dealership. Would recommend him if you know what you want. When I went to see finance, Jay was very friendly and explained everything in detail. Overall, I would recommend this dealership to friends and family, even though I have several closer Toyota dealers near me. Would buy from again. More

Next was Jay, he was also very nice and helpful and got me through the paperwork pretty quick, what a neat experience working with the paperwork on a computerized desktop table, loved it. Finally, Jeannette did a great job explaning all the instruments and how they work. Of course, I didn't pay attention on some things (you know, really excited), so I couldn't get the glove box open. I called Toyota and they assisted me with the problem, I swear the button blends in so well I didn't know it was a button to open glove box. ?? Overall, so far the best car sales experience to date and I have bought 4 previous new cars, 3 of them toyotas. More
