Adam, was very helpful with going over the step by step process, of going through a credit check, going over different options of payments, etc. He helped me make the best decision that was right for me and my financial well being. He was also very patient as I was going through my options and pros and cons of buying a new car on that day, since it was my first time. I returned later on in the day with my mom, as I would be trading in her car to get the new Prius, and again Adam was very patient, and explained everything to my mom the way he did with me. I found him to be very honest and personable, he even referred to my mom as "mom"! Which was sweet! It felt like we were just talking to a close friend or family member throughout the whole process rather than a sales person. He really connects with the customers and makes it very easy and comfortable to ask questions, which was a really good experience . By the end of the entire process, it was 10:30pm but Adam, and Jay were both helping me out without hesitating, so I really appreciate that. They definitely go out of their way for customers. Adam took a lot of steps to ensure that the Prius I wanted, was still going to be there when I returned later on that same day, as it was the only one in that color and model. I would definitely recommend dealing with Adam when shopping at Elk Grove Toyota! More

Sam happened to be in the parking lot near the used cars and we were trying to find the Tundras. He showed us a brand new one that just arrived that morning. This truck was awesome but I knew there was no way I was going to be able get a deal that would make this affordable. We went inside and sat down to figure out numbers. Long story short Sam got us way more for our trade in than I was expecting and gave us a great deal on my dream truck.
