Worst experience ever. Purchased a vehicle, from Florida, drove home in it, and it went straight to a service center. Salesman lied in my face told me the vehicle had been serviced and inspected. My bank denied the loan because vehicle was in service, and the dealership wanted the vehicle back. We cancelled the contract. The dealership still owes me over $7900 for my down payment refund! and my $65k bank express check they haven’t returned. Promised me for a week it would be mailed to me & now The manager is avoiding me and won’t return my phone calls. Save yourself the headache and frustration. Lionel is a con artist, rude and disrespectful. Don’t BUY HERE More

As a collector who has purchased many vehicles from out of state, I must say Atlanta Autos were by far the most thorough between pricing, communication, efficiency of closing the deal and quality of vehicl of state, I must say Atlanta Autos were by far the most thorough between pricing, communication, efficiency of closing the deal and quality of vehicle actually matching the online photos. Even with a few hiccups, this establishment honored the deal seamlessly, closed the deal and shipped my vehicle in a timely manner. Jay was excellent in keeping me updated and ensuring my experience was a smooth one. Great representation for the dealership and it's nice to know there are still dealers out there that don't just "sell cars", Atlanta Autos sells reputation!! More

I purchased a Vehicle from the dealer Atlanta Autos of 1001 Cobb Pkwy N, Marietta, GA 30062.(678) 213-4455 on 01/24/2023 it has now been over 90 days & this dealer is unable to produce a title for the veh 1001 Cobb Pkwy N, Marietta, GA 30062.(678) 213-4455 on 01/24/2023 it has now been over 90 days & this dealer is unable to produce a title for the vehicle i purchased. while they were trying to buy themselves more time to find a fix, they also mailed me a second temporary tag which is in violation of GA state Law. My salespersons name was Dain, and the 2 managers that i have been in contact with are Jay and Sam. On 04/21/2023 Jay let me know this vehicle would have to go back to the auction due to the missing title. They told me they would need to pick up my car first and then will send founders federal credit union a check, however upon speaking with my loan officer he advised to not give the car back before the contract is canceled and the money is returned in full as the car is my only leverage in this situation, and without the car i am still responsible for the loan. I spoke with the dealer once again & they refused to correct the loan before having possession of the car and said they've done all they can do, Meanwhile the they are breaking the law. I have obtained legal advice and am proceeding forward with Lee Legal Clinic of 2385 Wall St SE, Conyers, GA 30013 against this dealer as he assured me he has sued them for similar issues in the past. This is the worst Dealer I have ever seen More
