The problem is Bob Kennedy the service manager decides to avoid my phone call every time I call I even had to go into the dealership and confront him and because I filed the complaint with corporate he's avoiding any conversation with me on the phone or in person he filed a warranty claim with corporate for damage they did to my car instead of taking responsibility for the damage his service tech caused even after I provided him video from inside my car showing exactly when the damage was caused even the video with him inside the car turning on and telling him just to push it outside and then 30 days later still no response from him

The front desk is the absolute worse with any type of communication on your vehicle and zero guidance whatsoever. Very difficult to trust the time and work being done on vehicle period. I need to do my annual inspection and also help with tire valve leak and sensor issues which I tried to get help with months ago!

I tried calling today for drop off and told to come back tomorrow starting at 6am which doesn’t mean squat to anyone. Come back and it should take x time to replace a valve and it would cost x. Does that make sense? Is that too difficult to ask? As someone who purchased their vehicle from your dealership I promise I only return because of that fact other than that I tel all to steer clear!
