A pleasure to work with. I went in for an oil change & was informed there was a recall on a perticular part on my Cherokee. I was also informed by Jay the service rep that my I went in for an oil change & was informed there was a recall on a perticular part on my Cherokee. I was also informed by Jay the service rep that my complimentary oil changes had expired but he offered me a nice deal on a package of oil changes after I had called the warranty contract head quarters to find out what happened with my complimentary oil changes. They were able to get me in & out fairly quickly. I was pleased with my service & professionalism that Jay showed me at service. More

After a brief conversation with Jay over the phone expressing my apprehension in making a repair due to time constraints of preparing for an upcoming trip, he carefully reminded and encouraged me that my family's safety comes first and that real consideration should be given before getting my vehicle on the road to ensure their safety. WOW what mechanical engineer talks like that? Turns out the repair was definitely needed! Care, Consideration and Customer service at its best.
