When it finally was fixed after multiple uncomfortable visits to their location feeling like I was an annoyance, I found my glove box door broken. I opened it and it fell apart. A technician had to confirm this and never apologized or admitted it was their fault. This place never takes responsibility for their mistakes and never apologizes for the fact that you would have to come about 6 or 7 times until they could fix a radio. I will never, ever, ever, buy another vehicle at this dealership again. I warn anyone who is considering buying from then to consider the fact they may have to deal with the service center and it will not be pleasant. They are incompetent, unapologetic and you will receive the worse customer service ever. They have an "F" on the BBB website. I wish I would have checked that out before buying from them. More

Coming from Paragon honda for my previous vehicle, this was a DREAM. Getting my car back in under an hour was incredible. The only complaint...the PRICE! $100 dollars for an oil change? Come on now... may have to check out a mom and pop shop next time simply because of the price. Other then that though, great experience. More
