I’ve had my experiences with many dealerships and service attendants in the past but this is by far the best interaction I’ve had. We need more people in the world like them with such an interest in helping people and ensuring the customers recieve the best experience. People like them are herd to come by. These guys are the best (especially Jay) I had to return three times before my issue was resolved. However, the approach to finding the solution to the problem with my car is what makes me co I had to return three times before my issue was resolved. However, the approach to finding the solution to the problem with my car is what makes me come back to this place time and again. Jay is always especially helpful, and he genuinely looks out for my interests. His regular communication about the problem, the investigation and fix, as well as reassurances that there would not be additional costs above what I paid initially (despite the dealership having to replace other parts) was comforting. The problem was fixed to our satisfaction, no further discussion of additional payments, and well taken care of with rental car made this a too notch service experience. This place is home for me and for my car. Thanks, Jay, and the Bayside service team! More

Honest, knowledgeable, and friendly they took care of my Jeep as if it was their own. I've been to other dealerships where the run around is the norm.
