He is superb in delivering above and beyond customer service needs. I went to get a basic oil change and he noticed my inspection was due in a couple of months. So since my next oil change isn’t due until September he went ahead and put through my N.Y. state inspection so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced in coming back just to get that done. Not to mention I completely forgot I had to do that soon too. He is just amazing and Bayside is the best dealership I’ve ever been too. Thank you!!!!!! More

HORRIBLE SERVICE Went to get car checked out because i heard metal dangling sound from front wheel. Scott said everythings done, so I said Thank You and was on my way. Still heard the sound so went again the next day and a different service adviser was there. Wrote me up and said I need to pay $200 for diagnostics? Car has only 18,000 miles and I've never had any service center charge me for a vehicle under warranty. Why did Scott not charge me but the next guy wants to? Sometimes you charge, sometimes you dont?? I tell him that's not right and I have never heard of paying for diagnostics on a car with factory warranty. He replies " Now you do"... If there is a problem, then you tell me the problem and I'll pay for it but for diagnostics? The car was leased from Bayside Jeep too. Not the service/ customer service i expect after getting a $55-$60k vehicle from them. More

horrible service im having on ongoing dispute with this dealership Ive filed complaints about them with Chrysler corp which nothing was ever done about it about the 20 im having on ongoing dispute with this dealership Ive filed complaints about them with Chrysler corp which nothing was ever done about it about the 2015 chrysler 200 they have sold me which I had nothing but problems with bringing it back to the dealership many times and being inconvenience ive complained to the service dept about my car which I bought brand new always having problems but they didn't seem to care on dec 22 2017 the service advisor was very rude. not only that they never have loaner cars which I had to shell out money for on rental ,which unfortunately I had to bring them to small claims court for rental reimbursement which leads me to my one of many complaints about this dealership on may 1 2017 I had bought them to court to try and resolve these issues ive been having. the matter has not been resolved due to the dealerships refusal to work with me due to their negligence. after the court the representative verbally attacked also threatened and tried to intimidate me stating I have should have taken the offer presented to me and that im going to lose the case he also stated that my sister bought the car is service and said to me wait til she brings it in again also stated to never come back to the dealership you and your family also stated the dealership makes a million dollars a month in sales and that we don't need your business I replied back great way to treat your customer he also stated that me and my family don't spend money there .these is really disgraceful and disgusting the way these people are that work for this dealership where I spent a lot of money on a car not to have these problems .this dealership has many bad reviews for a reason and this place should be under investigation . besides the ladies that answer the phone the service dept is very unprofessional and not one person has called me from the dealership to apologize or try to resolve these issues they had sold me lemon More
