From Hot to Not Been coming to this dealer (where I also bought my car) for quite a long time... The service has simply gotten worse I believe due to them being ov Been coming to this dealer (where I also bought my car) for quite a long time... The service has simply gotten worse I believe due to them being overwhelmed. I had to take car back over 5 times from the period of Dec. 2017 to Mar. 2018. In Feb. they find the alternator is bad...had it replaced, spent all the money and then 2 weeks later back in the shop with other major issues... why was I not told of them when they fixed the alternator etc. I have always given them an excellent review but I cannot any more. Sorry but you now get a failing grade. Since I bought the car there has been nothing but issues and each time your solution is get a new one. I am very saddened by this all. More

Great experience. Made my car run back to how it did onday1 They performed all necessary work. Cr was making all kinds of sounds and popping noises. Always horrible Avoid at all cost....everytime i go for a recall they find something wrong with the car....never even try to get inspection done here.I failed inspect Avoid at all cost....everytime i go for a recall they find something wrong with the car....never even try to get inspection done here.I failed inspection here went directly to pep boys and passed...Warrenty a total ripoff. Worst service I drop the car off and they said there gonn be done in a week. I call a week later asking about the state of my car see if it’s done they said ther g I drop the car off and they said there gonn be done in a week. I call a week later asking about the state of my car see if it’s done they said ther gonna call me right back in 30 min... never called back. Called the next day and still same thing happened never got a phone call back. I called again the next few day same thing, sometimes they would put me on hold for 30 min and then they would hang up. This happened to me twice. Finally when i got in touch with them they had the car ready because they would have never called. Then I drive back to my home I check for my sunglasses and they were missing along with my phone case. They stole my brand new sunglasses I have the receipt and glasses case in the car. I call to let them know and they did the same thing they said they wer going to call me back never did, called the next day and they put me on hold for 20min then hung up on me. I don’t know what’s going on but honestly the worst service I have ever gotten. As soon as the lease is up I probably will never deal with a dodge again.... More
