My Jeep has been serviced here about 4 times within the 3 month period. It's always a defective part. When I call to speak to a service representative they are either busy or not available. They rarely call month period. It's always a defective part. When I call to speak to a service representative they are either busy or not available. They rarely call you back when you leave a message. The girl that answers the phone tries so hard to coverup for the rep. This time I will be getting my vehicle tomorrow hopefully there is no other issue where I have to bring it back again. I only seem to have my car.for less than a week before there's an issue. Let's see if it lasts longer this time. Do they install faulty parts so you have to bring your vehicle back and fourth. It's time to go to a different service center especially one that offers a loaner vehicle. More
