I arrived at their location just after they had opened on a Sunday morning. I was there to look at a specific car seen on-line. David came out to assist and we spoke as I looked. When I returned David had an offer for my trade-in which wasn't accepted. (he had also mentioned driving the car home that da)y. His boss, Jay, increased their offer to what had previously been offered by other dealers and allowed payment of the balance to be made with a sizable personal check. When appropriate I met with Jay in finance to complete the requisite paperwork. When completed I was able to empty my trade and place them in a freshly detailed new to me 2016 Mustang EcoBoost. Running my fingers across that finish was a pleasant experience. This was by far the most pleasant experience at a large dealer that I also had to drive 50 miles to get to. Should the time come to step up and purchase a newer more powerful Mustang I would have no reservation about taking that ride again and I was very happy playing "Mustang Sally" on the stereo over a wireless connection as I drove out of their lot. Sorry to be so wordy but I love telling a good story. More
