They only had 1 business manager on to assist assist with financial loan process. First day on a Saturday after an hour they said they would try again on Monday having challenges with the bank Monday I sent financial loan process. First day on a Saturday after an hour they said they would try again on Monday having challenges with the bank Monday I sent the paperwork they had requested. Waited all day didn’t hear back from anybody so I called and was told the Business manager, I was to meet with was off that day an hour later I got a call from him and he said he was working and was there, but it was too late to come in. He was off but told me to come back. Anybody could help me just to call first I mentioned I’d be there about five or 6 o’clock. I called at 4:30 was told not to come in. It’s too busy, fourth day Tuesday I get there for my appointment between five and 530 and they told me to wait finally at 7:10 he was able to see me. At that point, it took 15 minutes to complete my paperwork. Very frustrating thank God for my sales person. Jay is very helpful. Sat with me for most of the time, the floor manager gave me $500 off for all Confusion in my patience More
