I met Jay Levy who I found to be extremely friendly, and professional. Unlike other salesmen that I met in the past, he took the time to answer any and all questions that I had, and he didn't try and pressure me to buy a vehicle within the first minute that I met him. I would not hesitate to recommend Jay Levy and the Audi Burlington dealership to my family and friends, because of the way in which I was treated while I was there. I want to take the time to let people that are reading this review know, that if I could have given higher grades, I would have. I also have a job that deals with the public, and I can certainly recognize great customer skills, when I see them. More

This was a follow-up post-delivery visit to aquaint us with the features of the Q7. This is our first Audi and our initial experience was a comedy of errors, and very frustrating, but after meeting with J with the features of the Q7. My wife and I visited Herb Chambers Audi for the purpose of buying an A5 Cabriolet. Jay Levy, salesman, greeted us and immediately made us feel comfortable and welcome. Jay answered all of our questions, of buying an A5 Cabriolet. Jay Levy, salesman, greeted us and immediately made us feel comfortable and welcome. Jay answered all of our questions, we test drove the car, even though we told him there would be no decision that day. He told us when we were ready, to give him a call and he would work with us. Over the next couple of weeks (April 2013), we contacted Jay, told him the car we wanted, and he spent numerous hours finding the car my wife wanted, since it was not in stock at the time of purchase. I want to say in fairness to the dealership, the car we wanted was in stock at the time, but since we took so much time for final decision, it was sold. Jay and the entire staff we met during the transaction were truly professional and helpful. There was no pressure and we worked the deal at our own pace. I have bought a ton of cars over the years and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. I always hate when you buy a car and the salesperson knows nothing about it. Jay knew everything about by far the best experience I have ever had. I always hate when you buy a car and the salesperson knows nothing about it. Jay knew everything about the Audi and was very good at explaining it to someone like me who isn't very good with the technology side of the cars. He helped me hook up my bluetooth phone and even knew the phone better than me. I had no intention of buying a car when I walked through the door but Jay and Audi of Burlington made the experience painless and the car was even better than expected. I was also amazed at how clean the shop was when we walked through it. I look forward to buying my next car from Jay and Audi of Burlington when we replace my wife's car sometime later this year. More

My overall experience at Audi Burlington was very, very good. Jay Levy, our sales associate, has been nothing but helpful, fair and considerate. My situation is perhaps a bit more challenging than most, as good. Jay Levy, our sales associate, has been nothing but helpful, fair and considerate. My situation is perhaps a bit more challenging than most, as my cars need to be modified to accomodate a physical handicap. Jay was EXTREMELY helpful in allowing this to happen. He secured the necessary technical data ahead of time for my modification facility. He has also provided help since then, towards the same end. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from him! I also received help - over-and-above what might be expected - from a technician in the service department, Jason Russo. He spent considerate time on the telephone with my modification facility, assisting them in solving a very complication issue that arose as my car was worked on. His help was invaluable to me. I can, without qualification, attest to Audi Burlington being handicapped-friendly. More

went in looking for a pre-certified a6 for my wife and ended up buying her a new 2011 A6 because I was so impressed not only with the vehicle but the entire Burlington audi staff. Their customer service is outstanding! Mr. Levy walked us through all our options, no pressure , just practical information and honest answers to all of our questions. It was refreshing after having dealt with other dealerships, etc for so many years. Since then I have bought two other pre-certified vehicles from Burlington Audi and Jay Levy. It was a pleasure working with Audi Burlington and throughout the process of purchasing my 2011 Audi A8. I had visited all four of the Audi dealerships in Metro Boston and was impressed by only this o throughout the process of purchasing my 2011 Audi A8. I had visited all four of the Audi dealerships in Metro Boston and was impressed by only this one. The quality of the information provided far exceeded anything I experienced elsewhere. Certainly there is a difference between an intent to sell versus providing the information needed to a client, allowing them to make an informed and non-pressured decision. I came to the dealership yesterday simply to test drive the new demo car and gather more information. But I realized I would receive no better service anywhere else, and decided to purchase my new A8 then and there. I am sharing this with your Sales Manager Adnan as I believe he too is part of our decision. Too frequently, management would stay elusively behind the scenes, but Adnan’s welcoming presence made both of us more than comfortable. Thanks to you both. More

We purchased at Herb Chambers a 2010 Audi Q5. From the first visit in the showroom, the personnel we dealt with was knowledgeable about the product, courteous and effective. In particular Jay Levy, the sales person we primarily dealt with, knew very well the car features (including product options)and properly conveyed them to us. Quite important to us,,he was not "overbearing" but he was very convincing. He introduced us to his boss, a gesture which we liked, and the finance manager with whom we settle the contract and the financial matters After we purchased the car, we decided to return and tell Audi Burlington about the "jerking" of the transmission at very low speed which we did not find normal. Jay introduced us to the maintenance manager who told us that it is not the first time that a customer has made him aware of this.He suggested to wait until the car has a couple thousands miles before checking for defect and possibly adjusting/correcting the transmission. We decided to follow his advice. Our experience with Herb Chambers was very pleasant and we would certainly deal with them regarding future automobile purchases. More
