His sincerity and straightforwardness allowed for a real feeling of doing good business. Having gone on line prior to our visit, we knew exactly what we wanted: the only Miata on the lot. To our relief, Jay alerted us right off that there would be no negotiating given the very fair asking price that we also noted--that also meant faster service. He knew the company's procedures which made for a smooth transaction. If there were a model salesman, it would be Jay Levy. What more could one ask for than friendliness, integrity, and knowledge combined? We are looking forward to receiving the second electronic key and owner's manual, as promised. I purchased a used Infiniti G35 from Audi of Burlington and it was a very good experience. The car had a few problems after I picked it up that had nothing to do with the vehicle and they gladly took care and it was a very good experience. Jay L was responsive whenever I called and seemed concerned that service handled my concerns quickly and correctly. It just goes to show that not blowing people off after you sell them a car goes a long way, as I would gladly buy from Jay and Audi or any herb chambers dealer again. I know things happen with cars I think the important thing is how they are handled and this dealership did a great job with the few small things that happened with the Infiniti. More
