Lev is one of the most nicest people I have ever meet, and he was truly a fantastic customer service rep in all aspects, right to the end he even gave me lunch that was bought for the store. He made sure I had everything, all questions answered, and I was fully taken care of and paid full attention to me all the time. Our experience at Audi Burlington was very good. I think Team at Audi should be more flexible to a) hear negotiations in order to help customers getting best value. b) let customer have some time work on Team at Audi should be more flexible to a) hear negotiations in order to help customers getting best value. b) let customer have some time work on their own financial sources to get auto loan at best rate without doubting customer intentions. In my case, I got auto loan @1.89% from same BOA than 2.59% offered by Audi Burlington ( offer from BOA). More
