Our service advisor, Jay Malkowski, was the best service advisor we ever experienced at any auto dealership. Our service needs were his priority, he promptly kept us advised on service status, and advised u advisor we ever experienced at any auto dealership. Our service needs were his priority, he promptly kept us advised on service status, and advised us to wait on issues found on our vehicle which did not require immediate attention at this time. It was apparent to us that the Russ Darrow Service Department’s priorities were not about making the highest profit possible upon our vehicle repair needs, but providing the best customer experience possible.
