When I'm not helping service customers I enjoy spending time with my family and I play softball two nights a week. I'm a huge Wisconsin sports fan and enjoy watching all of them. Great service without an appointment Came in because my window wouldn't roll up and didn't have to wait to get it looked at. Was told by Jay that it would have taken 4 days to get the new Came in because my window wouldn't roll up and didn't have to wait to get it looked at. Was told by Jay that it would have taken 4 days to get the new part but he told them to overnight it. Came back in the next day and they installed the new master switch and was on my way. New building is great and so far the staff is amazing to work with. More

Started well but ended poorly. The only good thing I can say about this Russ Darrow Honda location is that the parts department, service, and advisers were the only ones that were h The only good thing I can say about this Russ Darrow Honda location is that the parts department, service, and advisers were the only ones that were helpful. The sales and financing department have failed us and we will never buy another Honda from Russ Darrow ever again. Just over a year ago when we bought our Honda Civic SI I was conned into buying what we thought was the Russ Darrow Platinum package or whatever it's called, that covers the entire car for the life of the car. 1 year later after owning the car I had some issues that I wanted taken care of only to be told that is not what the dealership sold me. Our contract doesn't state that and there's nothing they can do. The only reason my wife and I agreed to buy this SI is because we had negotiated a deal with Lesia Matthis. Really after sitting and waiting for 6 hours it should have been thrown in for the lack of service the dealership provided. Well come to find out the financing department did not write up our contract correctly and now there's nothing they can do. I even asked the financing people at the time what "Simoniz" meant when the contract was being typed up and they told me it was the Russ Darrow highest coverage package that was negotiated our sales person. I trusted this dealership when explaining things back to us before carefully signing everything. Why would we have known any differently since I didn't even know what the Simoniz package was which is why I asked? We were just told it was all part of the Russ Darrow package. Recently we've got nothing but terrible customer service since finding out we weren't covered. The only people that I can ever seem to get a hold of is the service department as the sales and managers won't speak with you if you have a problem. We will be take our business elsewhere going forward along with letting our friends and family know out terrible experience and being conned on our new car. More
