2018 Honda Accord Maitenence Jay is amazing he took me through the whole process start to finish. He explained everything perfectly. Great service department ; I’ve never felt ripped off or overcharged. Service advisors always let me know when a special or coupon is available. I’ve brought my Accords here for many years and Injust brought my 4Runner in for an oil change because the service guys at Heiser were shady. I met Malcom Livene in the waiting area. He stopped to chat and I kind of called him out on doing a service up (I did 10 years in auto sales and was a sales manager as well). Very polite kid, easy to talk to. When my wife decides to pull the trigger on reading her Accord in, I’ll be sure to give Malcom a holler. More

Esxellent expirience I’m dealing with customer ! From the time arriving for my appointment to the time I picked up my car, I was shown excellent customer service skills by the Service Advisor Jay Mal From the time arriving for my appointment to the time I picked up my car, I was shown excellent customer service skills by the Service Advisor Jay Malkowski and Kyle the techitian. I came in on Friday evening with a problem of all my lights being on and FCW system failure warning. Jay and Kyle quickly diagnosed the problem and explained to me that fixing this issue will take leaving car in for a whole day . Jay advised me to bring a car next day in the morning, he had a nice, clean loaner car prepared for me that day. Throughout the day Jay communicated with me on what was the problem and how they will take care if it. I’m very pleased how well and with much attention to the details I was taken care of by Jay Malkowski. Definetely will return for the service to RussDarrow Honda on Browndeer Rd More
