Painless We brought my wife’s CRV in for a oil change and tire rotation. Quick check-in... no upselling.. just did what we asked, but LESS. Recommended we skip We brought my wife’s CRV in for a oil change and tire rotation. Quick check-in... no upselling.. just did what we asked, but LESS. Recommended we skip the rotation I wanted based on tread depth measurements. Saved us $20, but it was more the point: we didn’t need the work. (I went to my Jeep dealer for an oil change, and they recommended all new brakes. Sheesh.)... Happy with Russ Darrow Honda. More

Good service, good people Took my 2016 CR-V in for another A1 service appt. I go to Russ Darrow to purchase and service my vehicles because I have found them to be reputable an Took my 2016 CR-V in for another A1 service appt. I go to Russ Darrow to purchase and service my vehicles because I have found them to be reputable and prices are competitive. This last service cost less than expected and was done about 10 minutes earlier than promised. I’ll take that any day! The only problem I encountered was that night, driving on the highway. Some kind person frantically flashed their lights at me. After some worry and contemplation I found out that the service tech had turned my lights off. So, I turned them back on. That was a first as I always leave my lights on auto. So, when you get your car back after service - check your lights setting! More

Friendly and respectful My service adviser was very pleasant to work with. Was a longer wait than I had expected. I made an appointment on line and did not expect it to take My service adviser was very pleasant to work with. Was a longer wait than I had expected. My service adviser did everything she could to get me out as soon as possible with the big rush that showed up at my appointment time. I still recommend thanks to the above and beyond performance of my service adviser. She was fantastic!!! More
