I was looking for Mazda CX-5, hence I visited to Eldorado Mazda first but I did not get good responses and deals from them. Hence I googled and found Denton Mazda. I contacted Denton Mazda and Chris Garner i Mazda first but I did not get good responses and deals from them. Hence I googled and found Denton Mazda. I contacted Denton Mazda and Chris Garner is the guy helped me to get a new CX-5 with good deal. He is very good and in nature. He gave me very good deal on new 2025 CX-5. Had multiple services done including an engine tune up, spark plugs, all fluids flushed and replaced. The car was returned to me with the Engine light still on and was Told I had to get in the queue to add spark plugs, all fluids flushed and replaced. The car was returned to me with the Engine light still on and was Told I had to get in the queue to address it. The Check Engine light was not included in the list of services needed . I left angry and questioning the competence of the technician and did not appreciate the sarcasm of the service manager. More

We originally leased a new CX70 PHEV model. Less than 24 hours after getting it home, we experienced some technical difficulties due to a dead/bad battery. Due to the unique technical differenc Less than 24 hours after getting it home, we experienced some technical difficulties due to a dead/bad battery. Due to the unique technical differences in a PHEV engine, I was hesitant to keep that model. With their commitment to customer service, Chris Garner (sales), Scott Selby (Finance), and Jay (Mgmt), got us into a mild hybrid version of the same model. They even had it transported from another dealership to make sure I got the color and trim level I wanted (and got us into a loaner in the meantime). I do believe the technical difficulty in the PHEV was a fluke, but it shook my own confidence in handling a more complex model. I absolutely LOVE my new Inline 6 Turbo. We primarily worked with Chris and Scott and both gentleman were extremely patient with us and maintained open communication with us during the whole process. Even with the hiccup of the original vehicle, I'd have to say this was one of the best car-buying experiences I've had. Everyone was friendly and someone would always ask if we needed assistance, but not "pushy". We would definitely recommend Denton Mazda and wouldn't hesitate to return. Thanks guys! More
