I have purchased a 2019 Highlander Hybrid and a 2020 RAV4 Hybrid from Toyota of Hackensack. The price of the Toyota of Hackensack was much more transparent than Parkway Toyota, and service was also superior to Parkway Toyota. My sales rep. was Miriam Shanken. Very easy dealership to work with I knew I wanted a used Chevy Volt and, as a result, I contacted most of the dealerships in the NYC area that had one. Jay, the internet manager, was v I knew I wanted a used Chevy Volt and, as a result, I contacted most of the dealerships in the NYC area that had one. Jay, the internet manager, was very responsive and willing to answer the many questions I asked. Once Jay and I agreed on a price, I came in to see the vehicle and do a test drive. At the dealership, Miriam took over as my sales rep. She was friendly, helpful, and sincerely listened to what I wanted rather than trying to sell me on things I did not. Because the vehicle was not a Toyota, I asked if I could take it to a nearby Chevy dealer for them to examine it. No problem. When there were minor issues as a result of the examination, Miriam and Toyota of Hackensack rectified them. Many people have nightmares about high pressure used car sales reps, but that certainly wasn't my experience here. The negotiations were friendly and felt fair. If I were buying another car, I would definitely work with Miriam and Jay again. More
