We came to Halleen Kia after most other Kia dealerships in Northeast Ohio proved to be cranking their prices up well over MSRP for new Kia vehicles. Jay worked with us professionally from the beginning - from viewing all available inventory of the car we wanted, to working with us on certain price points and negotiations. We never felt that Jay was being pushy or overbearing, and he was very considerate to us. While we were waiting for finances etc. to clear during lunchtime, Jay went out to buy us lunch from a nearby restaurant without hesitation! I would happily recommend Jay, especially knowing what some car sales reps can be like. He will do his best to work with you, and treat you with a great deal of respect. More
