A truly no pressure situation ( I hate feeling pressured!). My wife and I were looking to purchase a car. It was for my wife ( You don't know my wife. Very hard to please!). He answered all of my questions, located the Kia Soul I wanted, did a test drive and then the paperwork. Charles was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Soul which included the "here's everything you need to know about the Kia Soul" before you drive it off the lot. I was comfortable and ready to challenge the Cleveland area traffic in my sweet little Soul. Jay Vicario helped me with the money aspect and the paperwork. He explained my options very clearly and it was a simple and streamlined process. I would highly recommend the Kia Halleen in North Olmsted and Charles and Jay rate a solid "10".
