Attempting to have newer vehicles serviced when unusual issues come up can be a real challenge, and it is easy to become frustrated. I think people who work as service advisors are made a little differe issues come up can be a real challenge, and it is easy to become frustrated. I think people who work as service advisors are made a little differently from most of us. They have to deal with customers who may already be frustrated while also communicating those customers' concerns accurately to the technicians who have to diagnose the problem. I want to thank **Jaysen Douglas**, my service advisor at **LaFontaine in Highland, Michigan**, and **Mitch**, the service technician who worked on my 2023 GMC Sierra Denali. I was dealing with a software update that had failed and left the update function on my infotainment system grayed out. Jaysen took the time to log all of my concerns and set things up so Mitch could properly investigate the problem, including going through **TSB #PIT5966E, “Failure or Download Will Not Complete” (May 22, 2025).** This wasn't an issue that was resolved on the first visit, and there was some frustration along the way. Ultimately, the battery was replaced, the truck was allowed to sit overnight, and the software update successfully completed. While I wasn't particularly excited about having to replace the battery, I understand that batteries don't last forever and that today's vehicles depend heavily on having a stable electrical system for their many electronic modules and software updates. Most importantly, the problem was resolved. **Thank you to Jaysen and Mitch for sticking with the problem, listening to my concerns, and getting my Sierra working properly again.** More

They saved me on my tire package. Wife got a flat and went to discount tire to get a different set of tires but they recommended nonEV tires which would have worn out faster.
