A Dealership That Truly Cares AND Backs Up Their Products! My wife and I have purchased many quality vehicles from D'Arcy Hyundai over the years and have always been pleased with the quality of vehicles and se My wife and I have purchased many quality vehicles from D'Arcy Hyundai over the years and have always been pleased with the quality of vehicles and service we have received. We recently purchased a 2018 Sante Fe Sport working with Sales Rep Jimmy Kociuba. It was noticed that the vehicle needed some additional repair work after the purchase. After speaking with Jimmy and Manager Mike Campobasso, they both quickly addressed what needed to be done with a concern and care not seen at other dealerships. Mike and Jimmy scheduled and made the necessary repairs wanting to make sure that we were completely satisfied with our purchase and the quality of the vehicle we had chosen. Where other dealerships may give a run around or make excuses, D'Arcy Hyundai and their entire staff from Management to Sales to Service went above and beyond to make sure our experience was a positive one and that we were completely satisfied and pleased. I highly recommend D'Arcy Hyundai and their products ,sales team and service. There is a reason you see so many D'Arcy Hyundai products on the road throughout the Chicago area. Terry D'Arcy truly cares about his customer base and he and his employees like Mike Campobasso ( Manager), Jimmy Kociuba (Sales) and John Mesich and Jayson Mirabella (Service) demonstrate that with each and every experience we have had with them! Brake repair I needed a brake repair. In May I had my rotors and pads replaced. Unfortunately in August, the caliper froze, requiring me to get new rotors and pa I needed a brake repair. In May I had my rotors and pads replaced. Unfortunately in August, the caliper froze, requiring me to get new rotors and pads again. I will admit I was angry about having to have the brake system done again, but then I apologized to Jason. You have always (including this visit) treated our family really well.
