Your service was high quality all around. I am from out of state and brought my Chevy truck in for servicing. Jean was my contact. She was very friendly and professional and immediately made me feel at home. I was pulling a trailer and needed a part to get my air conditioner running - it's very hot in your part of the country - and she went out of her way to help me get the part while the truck was being serviced. I know she didn't have to do that but it was very much appreciated. The work provided was completed quickly and correctly (this has not been the case elsewhere). Vehicle recall fix installation Chevy never sent the follow up letter notifying me that the fix was available. I called Service to see if the parts were available now. Jean checked the ordering schedule for the necessary parts, put me in for one set and scheduled my visit. Everything went like clockwork. All is good. More
