Timely and Professional Service. My A/C compressor went out and everyone in Arizona knows that is not a good thing. Sands Chevrolet saw me first thing that morning and had my car bac My A/C compressor went out and everyone in Arizona knows that is not a good thing. Sands Chevrolet saw me first thing that morning and had my car back to me in short order and at what I believe to be a fair price. My Service Advisor (Jean) went above and beyond to assure my comfort from donuts, to courtesy rides, to routine status calls. About as good an experience as one could hope for. I have a history with Sands and have always had excellent service. More

Great service and follow up! I worked with Jean, who is a service advisor. She kept me up to date as to the repair status....called me when the first diagnosis was done, informed I worked with Jean, who is a service advisor. She kept me up to date as to the repair status....called me when the first diagnosis was done, informed me what the repair would be, estimated the time until the next update - very professional. She let me know when the car was about 30 min from being done, so I could come and pick it up at my convenience. I never like to bring a vehicle in because something failed, but Jean made this experience as good as it could be and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely go there again and when I do I will ask for Jean. More

No follow thru Was in on Saturday for an oil change. After picking up my vehicle I noticed something different. I found my center console had been ransacked. I had p Was in on Saturday for an oil change. After picking up my vehicle I noticed something different. I found my center console had been ransacked. I had placed my work badge on top of everything as the advisor was walking up to get my keys. It was now in the middle of everything. Afterwards I found out someone opened the back because I had a 12 pk of soda I had bought the night before was missing a couple and one had a puncture that was placed back outside the box. I ended up with some clothing in the back WET! I called the advisor before noticing the back and was told I'd get a call on Monday from the Manager. Well I waited til 4pm no call so I called and was told I'd get a call shortly still no call. I'll be taking my business somewhere else especially when I go to buy my next car and will make sure anyone I know doesn't go there!! One unhappy person and feeling violated that someone went thru my vehicle. There was no reason to go thru my stuff it wasn't like I had a new car and might have money in there. This wasn't the advisors fault but I have not heard back from anyone higher up. More

Best ever...positively outstanding! I am in the military and I've moved a lot many different places across the US and abroad. The service I received from Sands Cheverolet and my service I am in the military and I've moved a lot many different places across the US and abroad. The service I received from Sands Cheverolet and my service advisor Jean was better than the service I received from BMW and Lexus when I owned those makes. Best fof on A to Z, from the moment I pulled up Jean was at my door before I exited, see listened and understood why I brought my Chevy in. From there she set up my shuttle to work and guided me to the coffee, refreshments and breakfast. The lounge was comfortable and I was routinely greeted my other members of staff who ask if I need water or anything else. When he work was complete I was called and upon my arrival I was explained all the work performed and guided to check out and to my car. The prices, better than I found online or at discount tire. I had regular service, new tires, alignment, tire road force balance and a door seal replaced. I will definitely be back Tim and time again for all my service needs, I might just come in to say hello. More
