Although Jean was nice, he did not have our best interest. Everyone was in cahoots in trying to sell us a $40,000 problem- no one considered the fact that we had driven 9 hours. They put a pretty product on display with ugly intentions- trying to cover up the problems with a vehicle that clearly had front-end issues, although everyone wanted to gaslight us into thinking something different. The technician was rude as xxxx, driving the vehicle roughly to prove a point and lying while doing so. Also, the finance manager is very arrogant. Jean got a little snarky at one point, but quickly realized he needed to humble himself and did. They also speak very poorly to each another in the midst of customers as well. On January 14th, 2025, I brought my car to Vera Cadillac to have the front brakes repaired. My Service Advisor, Eric, stands out as the epitome of professionalism and exceptional customer care. He kept me informed with regular updates and responded promptly to my questions, making me feel truly valued as a customer. Importantly, Eric always treated me with respect and never made any assumptions based on my gender—something I greatly appreciate. As a customer, being met with respect and equality is important to me, regardless of a Service Advisor's automotive expertise. From the very first day I met Eric, he has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure his customers are happy and satisfied with their service experience. After the repair, my brakes function perfectly and my car runs smoothly. Knowing that my car received a safe and effective repair gives me peace of mind, and for that, I am grateful to Eric for his professionalism, clear communication, expertise, and dedication. His honest approach turned what could have been a stressful situation into a positive, reassuring experience. Thank you, Eric, for your outstanding service and for always going the extra mile.
