Very polite and helpful in Sales and was able to locate a RAV4 Hybrid that was on a boat and headed to the dealership. Once it arrived we negotiated an agreeable price for the lease. However, wish I had know that I had to pay the first months lease payment upfront in addition to my down payment. Chelsea talked much too fast to allow the buyer to understand the lease.
