Patrick and John were both very patient and I think the greatest thing was their sense of humor because my family and I liked to joke around a lot. Glad they understand sarcasm and yet all jokes aside got us out of there with the car we wanted. Patrick even called after for a follow and said if we wanted to tint our windows, he has a contact for us, which I thought was amazing customer service. Give him a 10 for his customer service for being effective and efficient. Also Janette (sorry if I spelled that wrong) she showed us all the features on our car at the end after handing me my keys. I thought that was a nice touch and John the manager came by to congratulate us and say bye. Those were unexpected since my last car buying (from somewhere else) didn't offer that. My visit and purchase was very nice and we got the car! :) More

I had two options for financing and Jeremy recommended the best option for me. Next was Jay, he was also very nice and helpful and got me through the paperwork pretty quick, what a neat experience working with the paperwork on a computerized desktop table, loved it. Finally, Jeannette did a great job explaning all the instruments and how they work. Of course, I didn't pay attention on some things (you know, really excited), so I couldn't get the glove box open. I called Toyota and they assisted me with the problem, I swear the button blends in so well I didn't know it was a button to open glove box. ?? Overall, so far the best car sales experience to date and I have bought 4 previous new cars, 3 of them toyotas. More
