I had been looking for for a good deal for months. I did not have much time to go into dealership or call. I was truly happy with her service, time and commitment. She was kind and always kept in contact making sure I had eveyrhting I needed. Once Ihad made my final decision she had all the paperwork ready for me by the time I got to the dealership I was in and out the door with my new 2013 Elantra in about an hour. From previouse experince with other dealers this has been by far the best. She did not waste my time nor over changed me with fees like other dealers. I never once felt any pressure, I also visited 2 other dealers much closer to where I live in clearwater who had the car I was interested in, but honestly just after 2 conversations with Jeena even after never having met her" I felt more comfortable with her, and made the trip to NPR see her. The energy @ this dealership was so friendly and full of people! well worth the trip. Jeena made the car buying process so easy,and spent so much time with me, to make sure that all my questions were answered, and that I was comfortable with everything! After looking for a specific car and being told "No" multiple times, this great group took the time to help me out in my situation. They took the time to come in really early on a Saturday morning, when most people are just getting up, to get all of the paperwork complete. David coordinated the group and worked with me to find a car that was on their lot. Jeena was there to greet me and did everything possible to make my purchase special. Hollie made the paperwork seem really simple and even though it was a lot of paperwork, she was able to get everything completed ahead of time. I would recommend these great folks to anybody. What an outstanding job they did and it changed my perception of what a car dealer is. More
