I had a 2 year lease on an Elantra and my term was up. I wanted a longer lease on a smaller car due to escalating gas prices. The Elantra was the first car I had leased (but NOT my first Hyundai) and I was VERY concerned, having heard some nightmare stories about leasing over the years. I was dealing with Jeena Verdelotti (lucky draw for me) and I just can't say enough good things about her. She spent hours with me, answering every stupid question and doubt I had about leasing, all with a smile on her face, great attitude and a total knowledge of the "product". Well, I ended up leasing the Elantra and loved it. I called Jeena last Saturday, (she knew my lease was up) and told her what I was interested in. At 3 o'clock that afternoon, I was at the Dealership. She devoted every minute of her time to me, (despite a showroom of full of people) had everything ready and I pulled out of the Dealership at 5:30 with my new, longer term leased 2013 Accent. Talk about in and out! Such a pleasant experience!! All I did was sit and have a cup of coffee and it was a done deal!! No fuss, no muss, just an incredibly pleasant experience, with an incredibly professional and capable salesperson. Oh yeah, I did have to sign some papers LOL I didn't want to leave so soon, I would have liked to stay and visit with Jeena some more!! I left feeling good about the other clients that would get to experience her "no nonsense" kind of doing business. She has my business forever. More

We have purchased 6-7 cars at this dealership. Love the cars, this time went with the Sonata. Jeena is always our sales person. She knows exactly what I want and calls me when it comes in, has everything cars, this time went with the Sonata. Jeena is always our sales person. there was zero haggling. Jeena gave me the best possible price on the exact car I wanted and the entire process was set up over the internet. A few simple emails was all it took. Jeena went out of her way to educate myself and my fiance on all the bells and whistles of the vehicle. The whole process went smoothly with no hitch or glitch. And that was through a popular car buying service. Hyundai is a popular car make in the area and I am not sure I could have beat the price anywhere else. Jeena was an outstanding sales representative. No slip ups. Delivered car in timely manner, explained rudiments of operation, was psotive and thorough. Did have a problem with finance department over service plans..was not provided enough time to examine programs... took a program, left a check..thought about it, did not have a document detailing what service I had purchased for close to a thousand dollars, called the very next morning to cancel and return my check. Was told check was sent off, but would give me credit for three or more lease payments. I did not find this acceptable, called my bank and had them stop payment on the check..cost me 34 dollars. Still do not know of dispoosition of this matter. I do not want this service program, in my contract there was some indication that the program should have cost 675.00 as well as I could determine. T.K. Jeena was fine! More

They had just the vehicle I was looking for so I sent an email to Jeena requesting a price quote. After a few emails an a couple of phone calls we arrived at an acceptable price with my trade.
