This was the first experience at Larry Miller Hyundai. Alex was the salesperson to greet me at the door. Found out on arrival that we had to leave the car overnight (did get a Lyft ride home). Also were told that the GPS issue would require an update, and the dealership could not do it. It would h overnight (did get a Lyft ride home). Also were told that the GPS issue would require an update, and the dealership could not do it. It would have to be done by us by downloading an 18 MB file to our computer, then transfer it to a thumb drive, then load it into the GPS. Not very customer friendly to require the customer to fix their own car! Very disappointing from Hyundai. More
