Upon arrival we were warmly greeted, not rushed or intimidated, told who we’re having appointment , Jake, promptly arrived, cordial, friendly, informative. Jake walked us through, process after I did a test drive. Processing of papers was painless. Jake knew what we wanted, as he listened to our dialogues, verbiage & concerns. Super guy. Thx Jake Only drawback, well maybe a positive instead, was our travel distance from south chandler, whereby it gave us time on return home trip to become acquainted with our new car. Worth the travel. Thanks to Jason - our initial contact, & Jeffrey our financial expeditor. More

Never thought I'd buy a Hyundai. Traded in my 2016 VW Tiguan SEL and drove out with my brand new 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe XRT! Best dealership experience ever. I laid out my expectations and desires and everything was smooth from beginning to end, from what they paid me on my trade-in, to buying the new car under MSRP. I worked with Rich to come to a deal where I was satisfied and drove away in my brand new car. Only recommendation I have for anyone buying a new Hyundai, upgrade your warranty before you leave to the 10 year, unlimited miles, bumper-to-bumper, with technology, and navigation included. That is going to save you SO much money over the next decade that you own the vehicle! Thank you to LMH for the great experience and new car. More
